摘要
塑料焊接是采用加热和加压或其他方法,使热塑性塑料制品的两个或多个表面融合成一个整体的方法。虽然塑料焊接有很多优点,但因焊接时粘接相局部需要加热而导致应力集中局部变形等问题难以避免,严重甚至时会造成裂缝及渗漏。该文用失效分析的方法对盛装甲醛溶液的PE桶进行分析,最终确定了发生泄漏的根本原因是焊接不良。
Plastic welding is a method of use heating and pressure or other methods make two or more of the thermoplastic plastic product surfaces into a whole.Though plastic welding has a lot of advantages,local deformation and other problems can't be avoided,because of tress concentration caused by part of the bonding phase need heating when welding,seriously,it can cause cracks and leakage.In this paper,the method of failure analysis is used to analyze the PE bucket which is used to hold formaldehyde solution,and the main reason of the leakage is poor welding.
