摘要
为了实现猴车的安全运行和提高其自动化水平,该文设计了一套猴车电控系统,系统由组态王工控机、三菱PLC及通讯模块、各种安全保护传感器以及矿用隔爆型真空磁力起动器等组成。电控系统在计算机和PLC控制下工作,实现了猴车的运行和各种安全保护功能,能够在集中控制界面实时观测猴车运行状态参数,同时系统具备远程通讯功能。
In order to realize the safe operation of monkey car and improve the level of automation,This paper design a set of monkey car electronic control system,system by Kingview IPC,MITSUBISHI PLC and communication module,various safety sensors and flameproof vacuum magnetic starter.Working in the computer and electronic control system under the control of PLC,realizes the operation and safety protection function of all kinds of monkey car,can in the centralized control of interface real-time observation of monkey vehicle running parameters,at the same time the system has the function of remote communication.
