“道德绑架”的伦理反思

Ethical Reflection on Moral Kidnapping

"道德绑架"是指以道德的名义,通过精神上的"绑架",改变客体的自由意志以使其按照道德绑架施加者的道德标准而行为。道德绑架的发生既是由道德本身的性质决定的,也与一定时期内道德共识的缺乏和法治观念的不成熟等社会人为因素有关。道德绑架是一种道德异化现象,既损害了社会个体的意志自由,也损害了道德作为社会整合方式的权威性和合法性。避免和防范道德绑架的途径在于,审视道德本身的合理性,厘清道德与法律的相互错位,区分真正的道德绑架,避免对"道德绑架"一词的误用等。

Moral kidnapping is a phenomenon which refers to kidnapping somebody’ s spirit with moral standard in thename of morality. Moral kidnapping is not only determined by the nature of the moral itself, but also refers to the lack ofmoral consensus and the mind of rule of law during a certain period of time. Moral kidnapping is a kind of moral alienationphenomenon, which not only damages the freedom of the individual＇s will, but also damages the authority and legitimacy ofthe moral as the social integration mode. The way to avoid and prevent the moral kidnapping is to examine the rationality ofthe moral itself, to clarify the mutual dislocation between morality and law, to distinguish the true moral kidnapping, aswell as to avoid the misusing of the moral kidnapping, etc.
