对我国连累犯的三维思考体现为:价值之维、本质之维和现实之维。针对连累犯的研究具有立法价值和研究价值。连累犯在我国刑法分则中规定的较为零散,通过对连累犯进行系统研究,可以为合理区分连累犯与共同犯罪、追寻连累犯与本犯罪刑均衡夯实基础。连累犯的本质在于对其概念和特征加以挖掘,连累犯具有关联性、法定性、明知性和事后性特征。我国刑法分则中共有20个连累犯,现有立法存在诸多弊病亟需完善。
