文化遗址资源的价值认知及价值提升研究——以陕西汉长安城遗址为例

Research on the Value Acknowledgement and Promotion of Cultural Relics Resources——Take Han Chang'an City Relics as Examples

我国文化遗址多以土质遗址为主,受自然气候条件影响较大,普遍具有毁损严重、可视性差的特点,其价值易被忽视和低估,不利于文化遗址的保护及可持续发展。研究提出,应秉承以价值为核心的保护理念,深入认知文化遗址的价值,采取切实有效的措施对其进行价值提升。研究同时以汉长安城遗址为例展开实证研究,就如何进行汉长安城遗址的价值认知与价值提升做了系统分析,研究结论有利于推动文化遗址资源的保护与可持续发展、实现文化遗址资源保护与区域发展的协同。

The cultural relics in China were dominantly earthen site, which were apt to natural climate condition’s effect,thus possess the characteristics of seriously destroyed and poor visibility. The value of earthen cultural relics tended to beunderestimated and neglected, which went against the protection and consistent development of cultural relics. In this paperwe brought forward that the value based protection notion need to be insisted, to deeply mining the value of cultural relicsand to enhance it with adept measures. We further take Han Chang’an City Relics as examples to make practical analysison how to make value mining and promotion, the conclusion would be beneficial to accelerating the protection and consistentdevelopment of cultural relics, and realize the ultimate target of the coordination between cultural relics protection and pe-ripheral region’s development.
