The origin of the Toyota quality m anagement activities is explained, and the structure between the quality management activities group and the branch is compared. Various levels of promoting the educational process of the quality management activities are summarized. Different areas to carry out the quality management activities and the corresponding implementation steps are listed. The process of coordinating the quality management activities and the consulting activities at branch level is compared and analyzed, and the evaluation system of the Toyota quality management activities is introduced.
