河南省发展先进生产力的制约因素和克服对策

The restriction and countermeasure on developing the advanced productivity of Henna Province

本文运用马克思主义的基本观点,论述了新的经济形势下先进生产力的涵义和覆盖范围,分析了河南省在发展先进生产力中的不足和缺憾,提出了发展河南先进生产力的五大对策,主要是要努力拉近科研与进入实质性生产阶段的时间距离,使科研少在书刊中、会议上游离。河南更应及早采取相应的对策和具体措施,尽快把综合实力搞上去。

Utilizing basic viewpoint of Marxism,the author discussed the meaning and cover range on the advanced produc-tiviey in the new economic conditions.Then the author analysed the insufficiency and lack of Henan province in developing advanced productivity and proposed five big suggestions.The author's intention is reducing the distance of science and pro-duction and making science less travel in the book or on the meeting.In order to raise Henan's economic strength,we should take corresponding countermeasure and specific measure as soon as possible.
