摘要 沿海经济建设、舰船通航安全、国土权益维护和海洋科学研究等各方面均需要海洋测绘提供保障或支撑,海洋测绘人才需求广泛。海洋测绘学科和专业主要培养海洋测绘地理信息获取、分析、处理、表达和应用服务各方面各层次人才,核心课程主要涉及海洋测量、海图制图、海洋地理信息工程等方向的内容。主要从海洋测绘需求、专业教育的意义、国内外相关专业设置及比较与分析等方面,介绍了国内外海洋测绘专业教育的发展现状,并针对当前我国面临的海洋测绘研究生层次培养的人才数量偏少、民用海洋测绘工程技术人才严重缺乏的问题,提出了加快民用海洋测绘本科教育的发展建议。 Marine surveying and mapping technician has a wide range of needs. Marine surveying and mapping discipline and major mainly develop the students' ability of acquisition, analysis, processing, expression and application on marine surveying and geomatics.The core curriculum is mainly concerned with the contents of marine surveying, charting and geographic information engineering.This paper introduces the development status of professional education on marine surveying and mapping at home and abroad. It mainly describes the requirements of marine surveying and mapping, the significance of its professional education, domestic and foreign related disciplines or majors,and their comparisons and analyses.In view of the current situation of the fewer graduate students and the serious lack of technicians of civil marine surveying and mapping, the development of undergraduate education in civil marine surveying and mapping is proposed.
