摘要
山西某污水处理厂由于建设时间较早,原设计出水标准要求较低等原因,实际出水无法满足当前国家及当地政府的规划要求。通过调整工艺流程,更换设备,增加气浮、超滤、反渗透系统等措施,以实现该厂出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,并实现部分再生水的回用。详细介绍了整个升级改造及中水回用工程,以期为类似污水处理厂升级改造提供参考。
Effluent of a wastewater treatment plant in Shanxi could not meet the requirements of national and local design standard, due to its old construction and the lower discharged standard of original design. By improving the process, replacing faulty equipment, increasing flotation, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis system, the effluent could achieve the level 1 -A Discharged Standard of Pol lutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment plant ( GB 18918 -2002) and obtain parts of reclaimed water reuse. Here, the entire engineering design proposal of upgrading & reconstruction and reclaimed water reuse project was introduced in detail, in order to provide a reference for the similar wastewater treatment plant.
