利用废旧聚丙烯腈纤维织物制备聚丙烯用抗老化剂 被引量:5

摘要 利用废旧聚丙烯腈纤维织物水解产物——水解聚丙烯腈(HPAN)与经γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)表面改性的纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2)反应制得HPAN-g-TiO_2(KH-550),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、热失重分析仪对其进行了表征;利用紫外加速老化试验机分别对聚丙烯(PP)/HPAN-g-TiO_2(KH-550)和PP/TiO_2共混试样进行了人工加速老化实验,并研究了试样老化前后的力学性能和流变性能。结果表明,HPAN-g-TiO_2(KH-550)的加入能有效减缓PP大分子链由于链段断裂而产生的老化降解,还能够增强PP;当HPAN-g-TiO_2(KH-550)与PP按照质量比为8:92共混所得试样在人工加速老化1008 h后,拉伸强度达到24.963 MPa。 Hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile (HPAN) obtained from waste polyacrylonitrile fabrics was used as a raw material to,prepare HPAN-g-TiO2 (KH-550) through the chemical reaction between nano-TiO2 and HPAN with the aid of γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (KH-550).The resultant products were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis,and then an artificially accelerated aging test was performed toward polypropylene (PP)/HPAN-g-TiO2 (KH-550) and PP/TiO2 compounds by a QUV accelerated weathering tester.Furthermore,a comparative investigation was conduced in the mechanical strength and rheological properties of the compounds before and after accelerated aging tests.The results indicated that the introduction of HPAN-g-TiO2 (KH-550) reduced the aging degradation of PP effectively through preventing its macromolecular chains from breaking.Meanwhile,PP could also be reinforced with the addition of HPAN-g-TiO2 (KH-550),and the compound achieved 24.963 MPa in tensile strength at the PP/HPAN-g-TiO2 (KH-550) weight ratio of 92/8.
