Analysis of Application Effect of Tubal Ligation in the Rural Family Planning

目的分析输卵管结扎术在基层农村计划生育中的应用效果。方法选择2012年2月—2015年8月南平市延平区自愿接受输卵管结扎的已婚育龄妇女328例作为研究对象,对其进行输卵管结扎术,术后随访1年,观察所有手术者绝育情况以及并发症发生情况。结果 328例接受输卵管结扎术者平均手术时间为(20.5±10.5)min,术中出血量(13.5±7.5)m L,切口大小(3.5±1.5)cm,术后留观3 h;术后对其进行随访,328例妇女均绝育成功;术后生殖道感染4例,切口脂肪液化1例,并发症发生率为1.5%。结论输卵管结扎术应用于农村计划生育工作中效果显著,作为一种有效、可靠且安全性高的避孕手段,其对计划生育政策的顺利推行具有至关重要的意义。

Objective To analysis the application effect of tubal ligation in the rural family planning. Methods 328 cases of married fertile women volunteering to accept the tubal ligation in Yanping District in Nanping from February 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects and were given the tubal ligation, and the sterilization and incidence rate of complication of all operative patients were observed by 1-year follow-up after operation. Results In the 328 cases of patients receiving the tubal ligation, the average operation time was（20.5±10.5） min, intraoperative bleeding amount was（13.5±7.5）m L, cut length was（3.5±1.5）cm and the patients were observed for 3 hours after operation, and the follow-up showed that the sterilization of 328 cases of women was successful, and there were 4 cases with postoperative genital tract infection, 1 case with incision fat liquefaction and the incidence rate of complications was 1.5%. Conclusion The application effect of tubal ligation in the rural family planning is obvious, and it is an effective and reliable contraceptive method with high safety, which is vital to the successful promotion of the family planning policy.
