微创技术在下颌阻生齿拔除术中的临床应用价值探析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨和研究在实行下颌阻生齿拔除手术过程之中,采用微创拔牙仪器所取得的实践效果。方法方便选取该院自2015年7月—2016年1月收治的需拔除下颌阻生齿患者158例确定为分析对象,以随机的方式分成观察组与对照组(各79例),对照组选择传统的拔牙仪器来拔除患牙,而观察组则选择无痛微创仪器来拔除患牙,将两组在手术过程中效果进行对比。结果治疗过程中,观察组患者的术中畏惧率、断根率和牙窝不完整率及敲击增隙率等分别为24.05%、17.72%和21.52%及18.99%,明显低于对照组患者,两组患者的上述指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对下颌阻生智齿患者实行的拔除术中,通过采取无痛微创仪器大大的提升了牙槽外科的实际操作效率,可以减少或者消除患者在手术过程中的不适,有效避免术后出现疼痛与肿胀,值得临床推广。 Objective To study and research the practice effect of minimally invasive surgery in the mandibular impacted teeth extraction. Methods 158 cases of patients with mandibular impacted teeth needing extraction admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2016 were convenient selected as the analysis objects and randomly divided into two groups with 79 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional tooth extraction instrument, while the observation group adopted the painless minimally invasive instrument, and the effect in the operative course of the two groups was compared. Results In the treatment course, the intraoperative fear rate, root fracture rate, tooth crypt incomplete rate and knocking gap increase rate were respectively 24.05%, 17.72%, 21.52% and 18.99%, which were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences in the above indexes between the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The extraction for patients with mandibular impacted teeth by the painless minimally invasive instrument can greatly improve the practical operation efficiency in the department of alveolus surgery, which can reduce or eliminate the discomfort of patients in the operative course and effectively avoid the postoperative pains and swelling, and it is worth clinical promotion.
