养阴凉血方联合糖皮质激素治疗78例老年慢性葡萄膜炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Yangyin Liangxue Fang and Glucocorticoid in Treatment of 78 Cases of Senile Patients with Chronic Uveitis

目的探讨养阴凉血方联合糖皮质激素治疗老年慢性葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法将该院2013年12月—2015年12月收治的78例慢性葡萄膜炎患者随机分成两组,观察组39例(51眼)患者采用养阴凉血方联合糖皮质激素治疗,对照组39例(52眼)患者采用糖皮质激素等治疗。分析比较两组患者治疗前后各项指标情况。结果观察组患者总有效率(92.16%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、6、12个月后观察组复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比,两组患者CD3+、CD4+水平均显著下降,CD8+显著升高,观察组治疗后各项指标均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴凉血方联合糖皮质激素治疗老年慢性葡萄膜炎临床疗效显著,复发率低,能够增强患者免疫功能,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of Yangyin Liangxue Fang and glucocorticoid in treatment of 78 cases of senile patients with chronic uveitis. Methods 78 cases of patients with chronic uveitis admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the observation group（51 eyes） were treated with Yangyin Liangxue Fang and glucocorticoid, while the control group（52 eyes） were treated with glucocorticoid, and various indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（92.16% vs 75.00%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the recurrent rates at 3-month, 6-month and 12-month after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the CD3＋ and CD4＋ levels of the two groups obviously decreased, CD8＋ obviously increased, and various indexes in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Yangyin Liangxue Fang and glucocorticoid in treatment of78 cases of senile patients with chronic uveitis is obvious, and the recurrent rate is low, which can enhance the immune function of patients, and it is worth promotion.
