摘要 针对摩擦式无级变速器存在打滑以致动力传递能力受限,而非摩擦式脉动无级变速器结构复杂等,本文中提出了一种新型非摩擦式活齿无级变速器inmCVT。它沿用摩擦式无级变速器中的锥轮变速机构,但用活齿啮合直接传力的传动方式代替传动带或滚轮摩擦传力的传动方式,因而兼备摩擦式无级变速器的结构简单和非摩擦式脉动无级变速器直接传力的低耗高效的优点,是非摩擦式无级变速器中的一种新类型,可实现大转矩、大功率动力传递。在简述了无级变速传动的特点、发展及应用概况的基础上,着重分析了inmCVT的结构、工作原理和特点,并对其性能进行测试。最后,指出尚待解决问题并展望其应用前景。 In view of the delects of slippage in frictional continuously variable transmission ( CVT) leading to its limited power transmitting capacity and the complex structure of non-frictional pulsed CVT, an innovative non-frictional movable-teeth CVT (inmCVT) is proposed in this paper. InmCVT uses the existing cone wheel speed vari-ation mechanism in frictional CVT, but adopts a power transmission scheme of force direct transmittance by movable teeth, instead of that of frictional force transmission, thus combines both advantages of the simple structure of fric-tional CVT and the less power loss and higher efficiency of non-frictional pulsed CVT due to direct force transmis-sion. As an innovative category of non-frictional CVT, it can achieve a power transmission with large torque and high power. On the basis of a briefing on the features, development and application status quo of CVT, the structures, working principle and features of inmCVT are emphatically analyzed with its performance tested. Finally its problems remained to be solved are pointed out and its application prospect is foreseen.
