基于缺血预适应理论的气压治疗对脑卒中预后的影响

Influence of air pressure therapy on prognosis of stroke based on theory of ischemic preconditioning

[目的]基于缺血预适应理论,探讨气压治疗对脑卒中病人预后的影响。[方法]随机选取2014年5月—2015年4月的急性脑梗死病例39例作为对照组,2015年5月—2016年4月的急性脑梗死的病例38例为观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予气压治疗,比较两组神经功能、生活自理能力及脑卒中复发率的差异。[结果]干预后第90天观察组神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分2.51分±0.51分,对照组为4.37分±0.78分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-2.011,P=0.048),观察组干预后脑卒中复发率为5.26%和对照组为25.64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.075,P=0.014)。[结论]基于缺血预适应理论的气压治疗能够促进脑卒中后病人的康复,降低病人脑卒中复发率。

Objective To explore the influence of air pressure therapy on the prognosis of stroke patients based on ischemic preconditioning theory. Me t ho d s： A total of 39 patients with acute cerebral infarction from May 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled as the control group. A total of 38 cases of acute cerebral infarction from May 2015 to Aprll 2016 were enrolled as the observation group. The patients in control group were given routine treatment,and the patients in observation group were given air pressure therapy aolditionally. The differences of neurologi-cal function,self - care ability,and stroke recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. R e s u l t s： After the intervention, the score of neurological deticit（NIHSS） were 2. 51 士0. 51 in observation group and 4. 37士0. 78 in control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically signiticant（r = - 2. 011, P = 0. 048）. The recurrence rate of stroke was 5. 26% in observation group and 25. 64% in control group. Thetween the two groups was statistically signiicant （ x^2 = 6. 075, P = 0. 014）. Conclusion： A ir pressure therapy based on ischemic preconditioning theory could promote the rehabilitation of patients with stroke and reduce the recurrence rate of stroke.
