摘要
超声波管道流量计的研发重点是对超声波在管道液体中顺流和逆流时差的测量,并通过信号处理等办法,将时间信息换算为速度信息,再转换为管道流体所对应的流量信息。采用高精度时差芯片TDC-GP2实现对超声波管道流量计中的声波时间差的测量。论述了时差法超声波管道流量计的基本原理,介绍了TDC-GP2时间测量芯片的功能原理和使用方法,简述了相关硬件电路和系统构成。结合以上原理方法,论证了超声波流量计可行的技术方案;通过对时差法测量原理的研究,设计了相关时差测量电路,以及显示电路、信号处理电路等电路,并完成了设备的调试和组装。超声波流量计可以有效解决非介入式的管道液体、气体等流量的实时测量。
The research priority of ultrasonic flow meter is measuring the time difference between ultrasonic through in the upstream and downstream of a conduit that having liquid flowing. Then the signal processing and other related method will be used to convert the time information into velocity information. Finally,the corresponding flow information of pipeline fluid will be calculated. In the paper,high- precision time measurement chip TDC-GP2 was applied to realize the measurement of time difference by ultrasonic flowmeter. The basic research and measuring principle of the time difference method ultrasonic pipe flow meter were discussed,on the one hand,the function-al theory and application method of high-precision time measurement chip TDC-GP2 have been introduced,on the other hand,the corre-sponding circuit design and system structure analysis have been presented as well. Combining the above principles approach and theo-ries, the feasible technical proposal of ultrasonic flowmeter has been provided, and based on study of the principle of time difference measurement,the time difference measurement circuit, the display circuit and the signal processing circuit are designed. Ultrasonic flowmeter can effectively solve the pipeline gas liquid,non intrusive real-time flow measurement.
