基于隔断掩护递进式方法的瓦斯抽采钻孔施工研究

摘要 针对预抽式煤层瓦斯问题,对区域瓦斯治理钻孔进行了设计,提出了一种新型的钻孔施工方案:隔断掩护递进式施工方案,对比分析了2种不同的钻孔设计方案施工效果,通过对比2种施工方案现场施工情况,认为隔断掩护递进式施工方案在钻孔施工数量、施工期间瓦斯异常涌出次数、效果检验和巷道月进尺方面,效果显著,钻孔施工数量降低了42%,节约治理经费187.4万元;瓦斯异常次数减少了41次,降低了30.1%;平均残余瓦斯含量和残余瓦斯压力分别降低了11.2%和20.6%;平均月进尺由原来的93.4 m提高到116.7 m,提高了24.9%。 In allusion to gas problems of advanced gas drainage in coal seam, the boreholes for regional gas control were designed and a novel drilling construction plan was presented :blocking shield progressive construction plan,tp analyze the comparative effect of two dif-ferent drilling construction schemes. By comparison of the two construction program of construction sites,it is significant effect in number of drilling and construction, during construction of gas abnormal emission frequency effects test footage and roadway month terms. It has reduced the number of drilling construction 42% ,saved management funds 1.874 million,and reduced the number of abnormal gas 41 times, decreased 30. 1% , the average residual gas content and residual gas pressure was reduced 11. 2% and 20. 6% , the average monthly footage from the original 93. 4 m increased to 116. 7 m,increased 24. 9% .
