摘要
作为煤矿安全管理的重要力量,"青年安全监督岗能否真正发挥安全督导作用"长期以来饱受质疑。为了最大限度地提升煤矿企业安全保障水平,有效激发广大团员青年抓安全、查隐患和反"三违"的工作积极性,当前各大煤矿以团委建设为抓手,持续强化青安岗建设,涌现出一大批先进经验。而河南能源化工集团永煤公司陈四楼煤矿创新推行的"123321"青岗员管理模式,科学运用了宗旨强树、上岗督导、典型选树、培训提升及梳理提升等多个方面的管理举措,一方面很好地总结了管理思路方法,极大地提升了团员青年参与和保障矿井安全管理的积极性,助力矿井实现了长治久安;另一方面为其他煤炭企业相关工作的开展起到了很好的借鉴意义。
As the vanguard of the coal mine safety management,the function of youth safety supervision post was questioned for a long time. In order to maximize the safety level of coal mine enterprises, effectively stimulate the youths grasp the safety check hidden and anti violations,recently,majority of league in coal mine construction as the starting point,continue to strengthen the Youth safety super-vision post construction, and appearing a large number of advanced experience. Therefore, Chensilou Coal Mine of Yongcheng Coal Holdings Group Co. , Ltd. which belonging to HNEC, Innovating and implementation of the " 123321" Youth safety supervision post management, scientific using of the purpose of strong tree, supervision, typical Posts tree, and enhance the training to enhance carding and other aspects of management measures, on the one hand, goodly summarizing the management methods, which greatly enhance the enthusiasm of members of the youth participation and protection of the mine safety management ; on the other hand, helping other coal companies to carry out related work has played a very good reference.
