摘要
主要讨论了一种采用新型SiC器件及全桥拓扑的混合动力城市客车车载DC/DC辅助电源的总体设计方案。针对城市客车车载电源低压大电流的应用场合,阐述了一种基于倍流整流电路的DC/DC变换器的原理及工作模式,研究了其主电路参数的设计方法,控制策略及其数字化实现。研制了3 kW工业样机,并进行实验。实验结果表明,该DC/DC电源实现了全桥移相控制,满载效率达96%,所有性能参数完全满足混合动力城市客车DC/DC辅助电源的要求。
This paper discuss the design scheme of hybrid electric bus (HEB) DC /DC auxiliary power supply, which take the full bridge topology and advanced SiC semiconductor devices, firstly. For the application situation of low voltage and large current, in the hybrid electric bus, the working principle and mode of DC/DC converter based on full bridge and current doubler output rectifier topology are explained. The main circuit parameter design method, control strategy and its digital realization are discussed lately. At last, a 3 kW industrial prototype has been developed. The experimental results validated the proposed design scheme of DC/DC auxiliary power supply and its control strategy. The efficiency of the DC/DC converter reach 96%, all of the performance parameters satisfy the requirements of hybrid electric bus DC/DC auxiliary power supply.
