摘要
为顺应改革开放和世界全球化发展需求,弥补我国缺少境外地理空间数据的不足,研究了通过VGI方式获取境外地理空间数据的新途径。通过问卷调查方式对志愿者贡献境外地理信息的意愿与方式进行了分析,设计了利用志愿者贡献的GPS轨迹数据提取道路、兴趣点数据的方法,开发了原型系统;并通过实际数据验证了该方法获取境外地理信息的可行性。
To comply with the development of Chinese economy and the economic globalization,and make up for the lack of overseas geospatial data in our country,we developed a new method for gaining overseas geospatial data by VGI.Based on this observation,we analyzed the aspiration and means about the data contribution of volunteers,and developed a method for extracting roads and POI data by volunteers contributed GPS trajectory data.And then,we developed a prototype system,and verified the feasibility of this method by real experiment data.
