Product Development Of County Agricultural Economy Management Platform

以湖北省县级农村为例,将系统设计为C/S与B/S相结合的模式,基于Arc GIS组件技术和C#语言开发系统功能,采用PostgreSQL数据库存储数据,完成了农村土地承包经营权数据质检入库、合同管理、权证管理、流转管理、纠纷仲裁、以图管地、进度管理、统计分析、系统管理等业务功能的开发,建立了县级农经业务管理平台。该平台不仅可以辅助县级土地主管部门进行决策,而且能为上级(国家、省、市)建设农经业务管理平台提供参考。

Taking Hubei Province rural county as the study area,this paper established the county agricultural economy management platform.Based on ArcG IS technology and C#language,this platform was designed with the C/S and B/S mode,used the Postgre SQL database to store data,and developed the rural land contract and management rights data quality inspection,data storage,contract management,warrant management,circulation management,dispute arbitration,land management with map,schedule management,statistical analysis,system management and other functions.The system can not only assist the land administration departments to make decisions,but also to provide a reference for agricultural economy management platform of the superior(national,provincial and municipal)construction.
