国外高校研究人员科研产出影响因素研究述评

A Review on the Affecting Factors of Researchers' Research Output in Foreign Universities

研究人员的科研产出是高校及学者关注的重点,对其影响因素的研究一直备受国内外学者重视。为对国外高校研究人员科研行为的动因有规范性认识,从人口特征因素、个体因素和组织环境因素3个角度对国外已有文献进行梳理,得出影响高校研究人员科研产出的主要因素有:年龄、性别、工作年限、职称、最高学位和毕业院校等人口特征因素;自我效能感、结果预期等个体因素;科研氛围、资源支持、领导支持、管理支持、薪酬奖励等组织环境因素。

Research output is one of the popular topics among universities and researchers at home and abroad. Affecting factors of researchers’ research output has increasingly obtained attention. The aim of this paper is to understand affecting factors of researchers. Based on the content analysis of some representative literatures from three aspects of researcher demographic characteristics,individual characteristics and organizational characteristics,this paper advocated main affecting factors： researcher demographic characteristics such as age,gender,age,years of doing research,academic rank,degree and university of graduation,individual characteristics of researchers such as self- efficacy and outcome expectations,and organizational characteristics such as research climate,resources support,leaders support,management support and salary reward.
