摘要 太极拳讲究自然中和,它的拳法技理符合人的生命规律状态。尤其是,太极拳的调息,继承了是中国传统养生术的一种重要特点,是传统武术的导引术的主要形式,把呼吸作为一种促进人体健康的方式来加以调整,同时使呼吸配合动作,配合人体其他功能,以此达到身心健康。身心健康主要从个体的身体、心理等方面来调节,太极拳有"三调":调身、调心和调息。调身,即调形,解除身体的紧张点;调心,即调神,绿色心态环境;调息,让你的内脏更加干净,这三方面相互依存不可分割。本文主要从调息的角度,以太极拳的两种呼吸为例,即以自然呼吸和拳式呼吸来阐述太极拳过程中调息的要领理法实践,以此求得天人合一,身心和谐的美好境界。 Taijiquan pays attention to nature and physical harmony, its boxing skills conform to the law of people's life state. Especially, Taijiquan pranayama inherited an important characteristic of Chinese traditional body-keeping methods, which is the main form of traditional Wushu guidance, taking pranayama as a way to promote the health of man, at the same time make breathing cooperate with other body functions, to achieve physical and mental health. The physical and mental health can be reached from the individual's physical, psychological aspects to adjust, Tai Chi has "Three Adjustments", body adjustment, mental adjustment and pranayama (breathing adjustment). Body adjustment, namely the physical adjustment to get rid of body tension; the mental adjustment, that is, to adjust mentality environment; the pranayama, to clean one’s inner part of body. These three aspects are interdependent and inseparable. This article mainly from the perspective of pranayama, studies Taijiquan two kinds of breathing, for example the natural breath and boxing breathing, to explain Taijiquan pranayama essentials logos in the process of practice, to seek man and nature harmony, physical and mental harmony.
