方钢管再生混凝土柱-钢梁节点的抗震性能试验与影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Seismic Performance and Influence Factors of Joints in the Composite Frame with Recycled Concrete-filled Steel Square Tubular Column and Steel Beam

摘要 为了研究方钢管再生混凝土柱-钢梁框架节点在不同影响因素下的抗震性能,基于现行设计规范,以再生骨料取代率、粘结滑移、混凝土等级为设计变化参数,设计并制作了4根节点模型并进行了拟静力试验。详细观察了破坏过程,得到了实测滞回曲线。基于试验数据,详细分析了各设计变化参数对节点承载力、刚度、位移延性系数及耗能能力的影响程度。研究结果表明,各变化参数下的节点模型在破坏形态上都表现一致,均表现出钢梁翼缘的断裂破坏;不同再生骨料取代率对节点抗震性能影响不大;粘结滑移有否对节点抗震性能影响极小;混凝土等级越高,节点承载能力随之变大,但变形能力变差。研究成果可为方钢管再生混凝土柱-钢梁结构的推广和应用提供理论参考。 In order to investigate the seismic performance of joints in the composite frame with recycled concrete-filled steel square tubular column and steel beam under different influence factors,based on the current design codes,four specimens were designed for a low cyclic reverse loading test based on the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,bond slip and concrete grade.The three parameters such as recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage,bond slip,concrete grade were considered in the test.The failure process is observed in detail,and hysteretic curves are obtained.Based on the data from the experiment,the effects of these parameters on the seismic performance indexes such as displacement ductility,strength,stiffness and energy dissipation coefficients of specimens are discussed.The results indicate that all failure modes are the same,and the failure modes of all joints are bending failure of beam.The different recycled aggregate replacement rations and bond slip have little influence on the seismic performance of the joints.With the increase of concrete grade,the loadbearing capacity increases,but the displacement ductility decreases.The research results can be applied to the extension and application of the joints in the composite frame with recycled concrete-filled steel square tubular column and steel beam.
