水平井ICD控水完井一体化耦合数值模拟研究 被引量:19

摘要 ICD控水完井技术在底水油藏水平井中应用广泛,但目前缺少有效模拟底水油藏水平井安装ICD后的生产动态手段。从油藏、ICD、水平井筒等3个空间尺度的流动模型出发,以各个空间尺度的接触面为链接节点构建雅克比矩阵,并利用全隐式方法进行求解,建立了水平井ICD控水完井一体化耦合模型。实例计算结果表明,本文建立的水平井ICD控水完井一体化耦合模型数值模拟预测结果与实际生产数据吻合较好,能够充分体现油藏、ICD、水平井筒间的相互影响,可为底水油藏水平井ICD完井的动态模拟及ICD的优化设计提供参考。 ICDs( inflow control devices) are widely used in horizontal wells with bottom-water reservoirs,but there is no effective way to simulate production performance with ICD installed in those wells. Based on the fluid flow models of reservoirs,ICDs and horizontal wellbores,and taking the contact surface of each spatial scale as the link node to couple the fluid flow mathematical models with numerical simulation technology,the coupling relationship among reservoirs,ICDs and horizontal wellbores was proposed. The simulation results for ICDs in horizontal wells with bottom-water reservoirs indicated that this reservoir-ICD-horizontal wellbore coupling model could favorably reflect the interactions among reservoirs,ICDs and horizontal wellbores. The popularization and application of the results will provide an effective means for the dynamic prediction of ICDs in horizontal wells with bottom-water reservoirs and the optimization design of ICDs in horizontal wells.
