农村土地流转与新型职业农民培育研究

Research on Rural Land Circulation and Cultivation of New Type Professional Farmers in the Process of Agricultural Modernization

农村经济社会发展推动城镇化和农业现代化发展,并进而加快农民群体分化。城镇化需要农民市民化,而农业现代化的实现则需依靠新型职业农民培育。在培育现代农业经营主体的基础上,从传统农业转变为现代农业过程中,还需加快农村土地流转,提高农业生产经营规模,提高农业生产率,切实转变农业生产经营方式。因而,推进现代农业发展亟需改革农村土地制度和创新新型职业农民培育机制。

Rural economic and social development to promote urbanization and the development of agricultural modernization, thus promote the differentiation of farmer groups. Urbanization needs of farmers to become citizens, the realization of agricultural modernization will need to rely on the cultivation of new type farmer. On the basis of fostering modern agriculture management, from the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, it is necessary to speed up the circulation of rural land, improve the scale of agricultural production and management, improve agricultural productivity, and effectively change the mode of agricultural production and management. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the rural land system and to cultivate the new-type vocational peasants in order to promote the development of modern agriculture.
