摘要 目的:对比分析不同的几何位置对测量注射器内残留放射性药物的放射性活度结果的影响,确定^(99)Tc^m-高锝酸钠(^(99)Tc^mO_4^-)、^(99)Tc^m-亚甲基二膦酸盐(^(99)Tc^m-MDP)及18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)最佳的测量及注射方法。方法:将装有370 MBq的^(99)Tc^mO_4^-液注射器放在电离室测量井的纵向和横向的不同位点,观察其变化规律;根据注射方法的不同,将采用改良注射法分为实验组,采用直接静脉注射法分为对照组,评价两组不同体积的注射器的残余量变化。选取1 ml和2 ml不同注射体积的注射器,观察注射^(99)Tc^mO_4^-(185 MBq,370 MBq)、^(99)Tc^m-MDP(925 MBq)和18F-FDG(370 MBq)药物前后注射器内放射性药物活度的残余量变化。结果:不同几何位置对^(99)Tc^mO_4^-测量有一定的影响,需注意注射器在井型探测器中的位置;注射^(99)Tc^mO_4^-和^(99)Tc^m-MDP药物,不同体积和剂量的注射器残余率范围为10.75%~17.78%,以1 ml注射器370 MBq残余量最大;1 ml和2 ml注射器,实验组注射18F-FDG后注射器的残余量显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.196,t=2.116;P<0.05)。结论:熟练掌握活度计测量的正确方法,有针对性地改进注射方法可有效控制注射器中放射性药物的残余量,有利于操作人员和患者的辐射防护。 Objective: To compare and analyze the influence of different geometric position on radiation activity of residual radiopharmaceuticals in measuring syringe, and determine the optimal detection and inject methods for 99TcmO4-,99Tcm-MDP and 18F-FDG. Methods: To put the measuring syringe with 99TcmO4-(370MBq) at different position(longitudinal and horizontal) in well-detector, and then observe the change rules of radioactivity; to divide the syringes into experiment group( modified method) and control group( direct intravenous injection) based on the different injection method and to evaluate the change of residual radiopharmaceuticals in different volume syringe of two groups. To adopt different volume( 1m Land 2m L) and observe the changes of residual radiopharmaceuticals of radiation activity in syringe before and after injection for 99TcmO4-(185 MBq, 370 MBq), 99Tcm-MDP(925 MBq) and 18F-FDG(370 MBq). Results: The position of the syringe in the welldetector should be paid more attention because of the influence of different position on the 99TcmO4-radioactivity detection; the residual ratio range of the four groups divided by syringe volume and radioactivity was from 10.75% to 17.78%, of which the maximum one occurred in the group of 1 m L syringe with 370 MBq radioactivity. Both of 1m L and 2m L group, the residual radioactivity of 18F-FDG of experimental group after injection was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.196, 1m L syringe; t=2.116, 2m L syringe; P〈0.05). Conclusions: It would be helpful for the decrease of residual radioactivity and the protection of operators and patients by proficiently mastering the correct detection way and purposely improving injection method.
