呼和浩特地区三级甲等医院医务人员医院感染认知现状分析

The investigation and status quo analysis of cognition for nosocomial infection among medical staffs of the tertiary referral center hospitals in Hohhot area

目的:调查呼和浩特地区三级甲等医院的医务人员对医院感染知识的认知程度及其现状,探讨有效的防护措施,为控制医院感染提供科学有效的建议与参考。方法:采用自编问卷,对随机抽取的呼和浩特地区5所三级甲等医院医务人员进行调查,应用SAS 9.3及SPSS 13.0软件进行数据录入与分析。结果:共发放调查问卷550份,回收504份,有效回收率为91.6%;医师、护士合格率较高,分别是81.8%、89.4%;护工合格率仅为5.0%。13项医院感染相关知识调查结果显示,仅有5项知晓率>90%。结论:提高医院感染日常督查力度,加强医务人员对医院感染的知晓率,可降低医院交叉感染的发生。

Objective： To investigate the status quo and awareness of nosocomial infection among medical staffs of the tertiary referral center hospital in Hohhot, and discuss the effective safeguard measures, so as to provide reasonable advices and references for the control of nosocomial infection. Methods： By the means of the self-made questionnaire investigation, to take a investigation among the medical staffs of the tertiary referral center hospital in Hohhot, and use SAS 9.3 and SPSS 17.0 to input and analyze the relevant data. Results： 550 questionnaires were sent out, while 504 were recollected and the effective recovery rate was 91.6%. The qualified rates of the doctors and nurses were higher（they were 81.8% and 89.4%, respectively） than that of the nursing workers（only 5.0%）. Thirteen items about nosocomial infection were investigated, however, there were only five items＇ qualified rates exceed 90%. Conclusion： The improved routine supervising and examining and strengthened cognition rates for nosocomial infection of medical staffs can reduce the cross infection in hospital.
