葫芦巴净油的超临界CO_2萃取工艺及成分研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过正交试验法考察了超临界CO_2萃取葫芦巴净油中,萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对萃取率的影响。结果表明,各因素的影响顺序为:萃取压力>萃取温度>萃取时间;萃取的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力35MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间2.0h。此条件下葫芦巴净油得率可达2.81%。葫芦巴净油经气相色谱-质谱联用仪鉴定出36个化合物,其含量占总挥发性物质总量的82.19%。 The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the influence of extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction rate of absolute oil of fenugreek during the extraction of supercritical carbon dioxide. Results showed that the order of influences factors were: extraction pressure〉extraction temperature〉extraction time, the optimum technological conditions of extraction were as followed: extraction pressure 35MPa, extraction temperature 45℃ , extracting time 2.0h. Under the conditions, the extraction rate of absolute oil of fenugreek reached 2.81%, and 36 component which composed of 82.19% of total absolute oil of fenugreek were identified.
