摘要
本文研究了不同功能团的离子交换树脂在碱液中的除铁情况。采用不同功能团的离子交换树脂,通过流动床吸附,考察其在碱液中的除铁性能,结果显示,T-IRR、IRC-747和IRC-748这3种树脂在碱性环境下均具有除铁效果,其中T-IRR的吸附量较少,持续时间较短;IRC-747的吸附量最大,持续时间最长,在体积流量为3BV·h-1的条件下,除铁效率最高可达到84%,并对其机理进行了分析。
The elimination of iron from alkaline liquor with ion-exchange resins of different functional groups was studied. The performance of the elimination of iron in alkaline liquor using different types of resin through moving bed adsorption was investigated. The results showed that T-IRR, IRC-747 and IRC-748 resins could eliminate the iron in alkaline liquor, the adsorption quantity of T-IRR was less than others, and the duration of T-IRR was shorter than others. The adsorption quantity of IRC-747 was largest and the duration was also longest. When the volume flow of IRC-747 was 3 BV/h, the highest efficiency of the elimination of iron could reach 84%. Furthermore their mechanisms were analyzed.
