摘要
采用连续流动分析方法测定海水中的氨氮。实验结果表明,该测定方法在0~0.20mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率在103.0%~112.5%范围内,方法检出限为0.002mg·L^(-1)。方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,操作简单方便,分析速度快,适合大批量测定海水中的氨氮。
Ammonia nitrogen in seawater was determined by AA3 continuous flow analysis. The curve of sulfur was linear in the concentration range of 0~0.20mg/L. The recovery was 103.0%~112.5%. The detection limit was 0.002mg/L. The method had high accuracy and precision, operation was simple and fast, and it was fitted for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in seawater.
