摘要
以XJ24-3生产平台的改造设计为案例,讨论海上油气生产装置防爆设计的薄弱环节,提出了对设备运行工况进行动态风险识别和危险区域划分的解决对策,以从根本上消除潜在爆炸危险场所设计使用非防爆设备的安全隐患。
Using modification design of XJ24-3 production platform as a negative example, the weak links for explosion-proof design of offshore oil & gas production installations were discussed, and the strategies of dynamic risk identification and hazardous area classification were put forward on the basis of equipment operating condition. As a result, safe hidden danger of non-electrical equipment intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres could be eliminated essentially.
