摘要
现代学徒制下合格的企业培训师队伍建设是推行现代学徒制的关键。依据目前校企合作存在浅表层而未深入融合的现状,分析了现代学徒制下合格的企业培训师综合素质的要求,企业培训师队伍建设机制以及资格审查制度等三个方面进行研究,借鉴了德国先进的职业教育经验,提出了跨政府、行业企业和学校之间,由第四方培训机构培养企业培训师的新观点。
Under modern apprenticeship system qualified enterprise trainer staff construction is the key to implement modern apprenticeship system. According to current college-enterprise cooperation played without further integration of the status quo, analysis of the modern apprenticeship under the requirements of qualified enterprise trainer comprehensive quality, enterprise trainer staff building mechanism and the qualification examination system are conducted. Referring to German advanced vocational education experience, we put forward the fourth party training institutions to cultivate the enterprise trainer cross government, industry, enterprise and the school training institutions.
