摘要
与普通高等教育相比,高等职业教育具有"跨界"的属性,在高等职业教育过程中除了涉及学生、教师、教管人员等学校内部成员外,还涉及政府、有关企业等众多利益相关人员。因此,以利益相关者理论为基础构建分析框架,探讨董事会制度对众多利益相关者利益诉求的整合途径、董事会角色定位和运行机制等问题,对于我国高等职业院校董事会制度的发展具有重要的现实意义。
Compared with ordinary higher education, higher vocational education has the "crossover" attributes in the process of higher vocational education, in addition to involve students and teachers, administrators and other school members, and also involving the government, enterprises and other stakeholders. Therefore, this paper constructs the analysis framework based on the stakeholder theory in order to discuss the integration of the board system referring to the interests of stakeholders, the role of the board of directors and the operation mechanism. It has important practical significance for the development of the board system in China's higher vocational colleges.
