摘要 为了准确测量电控机械自动变速器(AMT)在工作时转速、离合器位置、挡位位置等参数的实时变化情况,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的CAN(Controller Area Network)总线通信的采集系统。该系统先由各类传感器对AMT各个位置的参数进行采集,采集到的信号经过硬件电路进行滤波、放大处理,再传送给XC2287单片机进行波形分析和数据转换,之后生成CAN报文发送到总线上,最后由CAN通信卡接收报文传送给上位机形成数据曲线,从而可方便地显示、观测与分析各参数的动态变化过程。 In order to accurately measure the parameters such as speed,clutch and gear position of the working Automated Manual Transmission platform. A set of CAN bus communication parameter acquisition system based on LabVIEW has been designed. First,the system collects the parameters of each position on AMT by many sensors. And the signal will be filtering and amplified through the hardware circuit. Next,waveform analysis and data conversation will be finished in the single chip microcontroller XC2287. Then it send the CAN message to the bus. Finally,the CAN communication card receives message to form the image on the upper computer. It will be convenient to observe and analyze the dynamic change process of each parameter.
