摘要
看板管理是精益生产中一种重要管理方式,主要以准时化生产为目标对生产过程中各工序生产活动进行管理控制。文章从看板管理概念出发,结合发动机装配线实际需求,提出基于精益生产方式的物联网技术的看板管理研究方案,介绍对物流看板模块、设备看板模块、安灯看板模块的设计和分析,实际应用中改善了发动机装配线的存在的拉动生产配料不及时,故障信息反馈慢、追溯数据不完善等问题。有效建立起准时生产方式,大大提升了生产的柔性,提高了企业运行的透明度,从而提高企业的竞争力。
Kanban is an important management mode in lean manufacturing,Mainly aimed at just-in-time production manage production activities in each process and production process control. This article starts from the concept of Kanban management in combination with the practical requirements of engine assembly line,raising the Kanban management system design scheme based on Lean production modes' Internet of Things Technologies,it introduces the design and analysis of Logistics module,Equipment module together with Andon module,the practical application shows that this scheme can improve the pull of the existence of the engine assembly line production ingredients not in time,response speed of the feedback is slow,trace data is not perfect and so on. Through the Kanban system establish an instant mode of production effectively greatly enhance the production flexibility increase the transparency of the operation of enterprises. These action improve enterprise competitiveness greatly.
