摘要
介绍了屏蔽电机推力轴承搅拌损耗(旋转损耗)计算的方法。搅拌损耗与速度的3次方成正比,速度越高,搅拌损耗越大。高速推力轴承,搅拌损耗远大于轴承的摩擦损耗。对搅拌损耗的计算结果和测量结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,计算结果和实测的结果吻合。
This paper presents a method for calculating the rotating power loss of water-lubricated thrust bearing with graphite layer for the shielding motor. The rotating power loss is proportional to the speed of the 3 party, the higher the speed, the greater the rotating power loss. The rotating power loss is much greater than the friction loss for high speed thrust bearing. It has been found that the calculated results of the thrust bearings confirm well to the measured ones.
