摘要 为解决铁路提速改造后部分地区600MW级发电机定子运输受阻问题,HEC再次对既有的600MW级发电机迚行设计改迚,以降低定子运输超限程度。设计研究包括自承载运输的承载结构、运输限界条件、发电机通风设计及结构设计。采用有限元分析迚行发电机运行工况及运输过程分析计算。经实践验证发电机设计达到预期要求,运行可靠;定子运输过程限界安全距离满足要求,结构安全系数达到相兲要求。设计研究得出定子铁心径向多路通风结构的机座采取外覆集中送、回风通道的结构,能够满足定子各风区的风量分布要求等结论。 To solve the stator transport obstruction problem, HEC made some more improvements on existing 600 MW generator design to avoid the stator transport beyond limit. The research includes the load bearing structure, the transportation boundary condition, the generator ventilation design and the structural design. Finite element analysis method is adopted to calculate and analyze the working conditions and the transportation process of the generator. According to practice, it can verified that the design of generator can meet the expected requirements and reliable operation, and stator transport process limits safety distance can meet the requirements, and structural safety factor meets the relevant requirements. The design of the stator core radial multi-channel ventilation structure is taken to cover the structure of the air supply and return air channel, which can meet the requirements of the air volume distribution in the stator wind area.
