工程建设项目物流管理问题研究

做好工程建设项目物流,需要对工程建设项目物流进行强化管理,但强化对工程建设项目物流管理的前提是需要弄清目前工程建设项目物流管理过程中所存在的问题,并根据存在问题进行有针对性的管理才能取得相应管理实效。文中以简要分析我国工程建设项目物流管理所存在的问题入手,再依据存在的问题对工程建设项目物流管理提出相关对策,以期为我国工程建设项目物流管理提供借鉴或参考。
