南京地铁通用耗材库存控制研究

Research on the Inventory Control of Nanjing Metro

文中基于南京地铁通用耗材库存控制现状,提出了以计划修为导向的零库存管理模式和以故障修为导向的安全库存管理模式两种库存管控策略,该策略可以在确保充足供料的前提下,有效控制通用耗材库存,减少资金占用。

In this paper,Nanjing Metro General supplies inventory control based on the current situation,put forward to guide the plan for zero inventory management and to repair fault oriented safety inventory management mode of two kinds of inventory control strategy,this strategy can ensure adequate supply under the effective control of general consumables inventory, reduce capital occupancy.
