人力资本与生产性服务业集聚的互动关系研究

Research on Interaction between Human Resource and the Agglomeration of Producer Services

文中以生产性服务业集聚的动因为切入点,对生产性服务业及集聚特征进行了研究,发现人力资本是生产性服务业集聚的诱因和重要影响因素。进而结合人力资本的特点,提出了人力资本对生产性服务业集聚的三种影响机制:吸引机制、强化机制和创造机制。通过构建PVAR模型,验证了人力资本对生产性服务业集聚具有长期、正向的影响,而生产性服务业对人力资本的影响并不显著。

By considering why producer services choose to agglomerate,we found that human resource is a vital acting factor. Human resource affect the agglomeration of producer services by three mechanisms： attracting,strengthening and creating.Setting up a PVAR module,we verified that human resource has a long term positive effect on producer services＇ agglomeration,but the agglomeration of producer services has little effect on human resource.
