文中重点讨论包容型领导与员工沉默行为的关系以及员工信任感的中介作用。构建包容型领导、员工信任感、员工沉默的关系模型,对于完善员工沉默行为及包容型领导的研究具有主要意义。
This paper focuses on the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee silence,and the mediating role of employee trust. It is of great significance to study the relationship between inclusive leadership,employee trust and employee silence,which is helpful to improve employee silence behavior and inclusive leadership.
