地方转型本科院校物流专业实践教学改革探究——以运城学院为例

Research on Reform of Practical Teaching of Logistics Specialty in Local Transition Universities——Taking Yuncheng University as an Example

物流企业在人才需求方面普遍注重毕业生的实践操作能力和对行业前沿的认识,但我国高等院校的物流教育起步较晚,运城学院物流管理专业仅有5年的办学历史,受传统教学型办学思路的影响,导致物流人才培养模式与实际岗位要求不匹配,毕业生不能符合岗位要求。以地方转型院校,运城学院物流管理专业为研究对象,分析了物流专业构建实践教学体系的必要性及存在的问题和原因,提出了模块化教学体系、多元化教学方法和三位一体校企合作的改革措施。

Logistics enterprises pay attention to practical ability, but in fluenced by the traditional teaching ideas, leading to the actual post logist ics personnel training mode and requirements do not match the graduates. Based on the local transformation o f college logist ics management specialty of Yuncheng University as the research object, analyzes the necessity of the construction of practical teaching system of logistics specialty and the existing problem s and reasons, put forward the reform measures of Practice teaching system, diversified teaching methods and the application of three - in - one cooperation.
