大学生创业孵化体系建设研究

Research on the Countermeasures of College Students' Entrepreneurial Incubation System

随着大学生数量的逐年增加,毕业生的库存量也随着增大,就业问题不断上演。创业在大学生就业中的比重日益提升,成为缓解就业的重要途径之一。文中通过文献资料法和访谈法,对大学生创业孵化基地的建设情况进行了总结和研究,主要在以下几个方面存在不足:学校创业理念偏颇、创业意识薄弱、激励措施、创业教育、科技成果转化、政府职能和创业经营场所等,并就几个主要问题给出了建设路径和建议,以促进建设辐射更广、层次更深、功能更全的大学生创业孵化体系,为大学生自主创业提供更加丰富有效的资源,孵育优秀的创业人才。

With the number of college graduates increased year by year,the employment of college students has become increasingly prominent,entrepreneurship is particularly important in the ways to alleviate the employment pressure of college students. In order to promote college students better for entrepreneurship,guide and encourage more and more students self-employment,this article is based on students entrepreneurial incubator system of four elements： the college students,colleges and universities,enterprises and social research,starting from the concept of entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities,find out the main problems and deficiencies in the current incubation system of college students,in view of the main problems,the countermeasures and suggestions are given to further improve the college students＇ entrepreneurial incubation system,so as to promote the college students＇ entrepreneurship incubation system with a wider range of radiation,deeper level,and more complete functions.
