摘要 火炮空回角是影响射击精度的重要因素。针对炮身构造与设计理论进行空回角计算时效率低的问题,在火炮起落部分受力分析基础上,推导了空回角的强迫阻尼振动方程,根据空回角在欠阻尼特性下将产生振动的特点,运用Laplace变换得到解析解。给出仿真算例并研究了不同结构与物理参数对火炮空回角的影响规律。研究结果对于提高火炮空回角计算效率具有一定意义,同时也为火炮设计及射击诸元实时修正提供了理论依据。 Backlash angle of gun is an important factor which affects the firing accuracy.Considering the problem of inefficiency involved in the calculation of backlash angle through the use of the theory of barrel structure and design,the forced damped vibration equation for backlash angle was deduced on the basis of force analysis of the gun rotating parts.Based on Laplace Primitives,the analytic solution was presented according to the characteristics of backlash angle vibrating in the circumstances of underdamp.The simulation example was given and a study was made of the changing law of backlash angle varying with structure and physical parameters.The study results not only play an important role in improving the calculating efficiency for backlash angle,but also provide a theoretical support for structural design of gun and firing data real-time correction.
