在精准扶贫以及电能替代的背景下,我国很多地方存在着严重的弃风弃光现象,对于仍在建设中的分布式新能源扶贫,势必造成更多的资源浪费。为了促进新能源的消纳,实施基于集中式新能源精准扶贫的电能替代战略,不仅可以避免新能源的重复建设,解决弃风弃光的难题,而且可以实现集中式新能源精准扶贫,促进电能替代的发展。

With the background of precise poverty alleviation and electrical energy alternative, there are phenomena of wind and light abandoned seriously in China. However, distributed power stations are still under construction for poverty alleviation, which causes the waste of more resources. In order to promote the renewable energy, the implementation of electrical energy alternative based on poverty alleviation with the centralized energy can not only avoid repeating constructing renewable energy, solving the problem of wind and light abandoned, but also can realize poverty alleviation with the centralized energy, promoting the development of electrical energy alternative.
