新时期高校思想政治教育专业发展刍议

On the Development of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Period

思想政治教育专业经历了30多年发展历程,创立时间较短,面临着专业边界模糊,专业布局不平衡、学科特色不凸显,专业认同度低,实践性不强、毕业生竞争力弱等问题。习近平总书记在2016年全国高校思想政治教育工作会议上的讲话,为思想政治教育专业的发展指明了方向。需要从政治高度提升对思想政治教育专业人才培养的重视,加强顶层设计,加强学科体系专业性建设,促进思想政治教育专业健康发展。

The Specialty of Ideological and Political Education has experienced 30 years of development history and now is facing some problems such as short time of establishment, fuzzy professional boundaries, unbalanced layout, unclear subject characteristics, low professional identity, less practicality and weak competitiveness of grad-uates. General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s speech at the 2016 National Conference on Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has pointed out the development direction of the specialty. We need to improve the ide-ological and political talent training from the political perspective, strengthen top - level design and the professional construction of discipline system to promote the healthy development of ideological and political education.
