媒介与意识形态有着天然的联系,而意识形态一直是不同时代媒介素养教育研究和实践的动机。在新媒体时代,全新的媒体环境和国内国外局势挑战我国意识形态安全,这同时也为高校思想政治教育工作带来新的课题、视角和内容。高校思想政治教育工作应从提升全民族的媒介素养出发,探寻提升领导干部、媒体专业人员和普通民众的媒介素养的教育路径,从而增强主流意识形态的引导力、传播力和吸引力,为意识形态安全奠定组织保障、技术保障和群众基础,进而构建我国意识形态安全的防火墙。

There is a natural connection between the media and ideology, and ideology is the motive of the re-search and practice of media literacy education in different times. In the era of new media, the new media environ-ment together with the domestic and foreign situation has brought challenges to the ideological security of our coun-try and some new topics, perspectives and contents to the ideological and political education in colleges and univer-sities. The work of ideological and political education should enhance the media literacy of the whole nation and ex-plore the path of promoting the media literacy of leaders, media professionals and ordinary people so as to strength-en the guiding, spreading and attractive force of the mainstream ideology and establish organizational and technical support and a foundation for the masses to construct Chinas ideological security firewall.
