电信诈骗犯罪作为新型的高科技、高智商的犯罪,已成为严重危害人民群众财产安全的犯罪形式。其特点为侵害对象广泛、犯罪方式多样、犯罪组织严密等,因此,结合当前社会形势和环境,应提高民众防范意识、完善相关法律法规、加强侦查队伍建设,规范银行、电信部门的行业行为作为主要的防控对策。

As a new type of high - tech and high intelligence crime, the crime of telecom - fraud has seriouslyendangered the safety of people＇s property. It is characterized by a wide range of violations, a variety of ways ofcrime, strict criminal organizations, etc. Therefore, we should combine the current social situation and environmentto take prevention and control countermeasures including raising public awareness, improving relevant laws and reg-ulations ,strengthening the investigation team building and regulating the banking and telecommunications behav-iors.
