摘要
运用教师视角和教师叙事的探究方法对某高职院校的优秀英语教师进行个案研究。有关教师专业发展的实践故事分别涉及到教师与环境的互动、教师实践性知识的建构、教学和科研的异形同构,从中可以观察到教师专业发展的过程及影响教师专业发展的因素。学校和教育管理部门要提供有利于教师专业发展的环境,教师也要主动和环境对话与交流。教师专业发展要注重实践性知识的建构,教师发展是从不成熟走向成熟的过程。正确引导教师从事校本研究,把学校的发展和自身的专业发展结合起来。
This paper makes a case study of excellent English teachers in a vocational college based on teachers' perspectives and teachers, narrative research. The practice of teachers, professional development involves the interaction between teachers and the environment, the construction of teachers, practical knowledge and the unity of teaching and research. From which we can observe the process of teachers, professional development and the factors that influence the development. The school and the education administration department should provide the advantageous environment which teachers should take the initiative to communicate with. Teachers ’ professional development is a process from immature to mature and should pay attention to the construction of practical knowledge. It is necessary to correctly guide the teachers to engage in school - based research and combine the school de-velopment with their own professional development.
